Recurring Cleaning
Scheduled routine visits, spaced so no two are more than 30 days apart.
About Our Recurring Cleaning Services
With Recurring Cleaning, the House Cleaning visit repeats on a schedule you set, so the same checklist comes back to the same rooms at a steady interval.
Best for: anyone who would rather book once and keep regular cleaning on the calendar
When you book, select this service by name on the booking form so the visit is scheduled with the right checklist. If you'd like to check something first, send us a message.
What's Included in a Recurring Clean?
Highlights of what the cleaner covers on this service:
- ✓The full routine checklist at every visit
- ✓Appliance fronts, sink and backsplash wiped
- ✓Tub, toilet, sink and bathroom mirrors
- ✓Fresh sheets on beds when you leave them out
- ✓Trash emptied with new bags
Step 1. Pick a Service and a Date
Choose the service on our booking form, describe your home, pick a date, and add a card to hold the visit.
Step 2. The Cleaner Works the List
Your cleaner shows up within a roughly two-hour window, carrying supplies, and works the checklist for the plan you booked.
Step 3. Payment and the Next Visit
The card is charged once the clean is complete. Recurring visits then repeat on the schedule you set.
Each Visit Runs the Same Checklist
The Routine Column, Every Time
Visit one and visit ten get the same work: counters, sink, stovetop, microwave and appliance fronts in the kitchen; showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors and cabinets in the bathrooms; dusting of fans, fixtures, sills, furniture and lampshades; switches and doorknobs; beds made from sheets you leave out; and trash emptied and floors vacuumed, swept or mopped throughout the home.
Adding a Deep Clean to the Schedule
Baseboards, door frames, shower grout, the hood vent and cabinet fronts sit outside a routine visit. To have them done, book a Deep Cleaning as your first visit or slot one into the schedule from time to time. If you want to add or drop tasks on an upcoming visit, ask before 5 PM the day prior.
Spacing, Billing and Holidays on a Schedule
Keep Visits Within 30 Days
Set the spacing that suits the household, as long as visits stay no more than 30 days apart. When the gap between two visits runs past 30 days, a reset fee is added to the next one, and our Terms give the details.
How the Card Hold Works
A card on file holds your schedule. About 24 hours before each visit, a temporary hold is placed on it, and the charge goes through after that visit's cleaning is complete. To skip or move a visit, give at least 48 hours' notice; the late-change fee is listed in our Terms.
When a Different Cleaner Comes
Occasionally a different cleaner may be assigned to one of your visits, and we will tell you ahead of time when that happens. Whoever comes has passed the same background check, works the same checklist and brings the supplies.
Holidays and Sundays
We do not clean on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, and we are closed every Sunday. A scheduled visit that lands on one of those days will need to move to another date within our hours: weekdays 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 2 PM.
What Does a House Cleaning Visit Include?
A House Cleaning visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. The cleaner dusts light fixtures, ceiling fans and windowsills, wipes the stovetop, microwave and counters, cleans the toilet, shower, tub and mirrors, empties the trash and vacuums or mops the floors. The full room-by-room list for each plan is on our checklist page.
What Do Deep Cleaning and Move In/Out Cleaning Add?
Deep Cleaning starts from the House Cleaning list and adds baseboards, doors and door frames, a full wipe of windowsills and window frames, the outside of every kitchen cabinet and drawer, the oven hood vent and the shower grout. Move In/Out Cleaning, for an empty home, adds the insides of cabinets, drawers and closets, plus the pantry.
How Do Booking and Payment Work?
Bookings are made on our booking page, and your card comes in at three points: it goes on file when you book, to secure the date; a temporary hold is placed on it about 24 hours before the visit; and the charge is made only after the cleaning is finished.
Which Towns Do You Serve?

Are You Insured, and Are Cleaners Background-Checked?
Yes to both. Natchez Trace Cleaning is insured, and every cleaner we send is background-checked. If we ever need to assign a different cleaner to your booking, we'll let you know before the visit.
