Apartment Cleaning
Apartment and condo visits, planned around gates, buzzers and parking.
About Our Apartment Cleaning Services
Apartment Cleaning brings our routine checklist into a rented or owned unit, and the cleaner carries in every product and tool the visit uses.
Best for: renters and condo owners who want a routine clean, as a one-off or on a regular schedule
When you book, select this service by name on the booking form so the visit is scheduled with the right checklist. If you'd like to check something first, send us a message.

Choose the service on our booking form, describe your home, pick a date, and add a card to hold the visit.
Step 2. The Cleaner Works the List
Your cleaner shows up within a roughly two-hour window, carrying supplies, and works the checklist for the plan you booked.
Step 3. Payment and the Next Visit
The card is charged once the clean is complete. Recurring visits then repeat on the schedule you set.
The Routine Checklist, Sized to Your Unit
Same Tasks as a House Cleaning
An apartment visit follows the Routine column of our checklist line for line. In the kitchen that means counters, backsplash, sink, stovetop, microwave and appliance exteriors. In the bathroom, the tub or shower, toilet, mirrors and disinfected cabinets. In the bedrooms and living room, dusting, tidying, mirrors, switches and doorknobs. Floors are done throughout and trash goes out.
Leaving or Arriving Instead
If the unit is empty because you are moving out or moving in, book Move In/Out Cleaning instead. That checklist adds the insides of cabinets, drawers and closets, the pantry shelves, baseboards and shower grout, none of which a routine apartment visit covers.
Parking, Access and Building Notes
Tell Us How to Reach the Door
Many apartment buildings have gates, buzzers or assigned parking, so put the details in your booking: the building or gate entry, which lot or space to use, and whether someone will be home. Clear notes help the visit start inside its arrival window of roughly two hours.
A Few Limits Worth Knowing
Cleaners do not climb past a three-step ladder or move heavy furniture and appliances, so high shelves and the floor under a heavy couch get skipped. Clothes, dishes and clutter left out slow the visit down, and valuables are better put away. To cancel or move the booking, give us 48 hours or more.
What Does a House Cleaning Visit Include?
A House Cleaning visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. The cleaner dusts light fixtures, ceiling fans and windowsills, wipes the stovetop, microwave and counters, cleans the toilet, shower, tub and mirrors, empties the trash and vacuums or mops the floors. The full room-by-room list for each plan is on our checklist page.
What Do Deep Cleaning and Move In/Out Cleaning Add?
Deep Cleaning starts from the House Cleaning list and adds baseboards, doors and door frames, a full wipe of windowsills and window frames, the outside of every kitchen cabinet and drawer, the oven hood vent and the shower grout. Move In/Out Cleaning, for an empty home, adds the insides of cabinets, drawers and closets, plus the pantry.
How Do Booking and Payment Work?
Bookings are made on our booking page, and your card comes in at three points: it goes on file when you book, to secure the date; a temporary hold is placed on it about 24 hours before the visit; and the charge is made only after the cleaning is finished.
