View All FAQsWhat Does a House Cleaning Visit Include?
A House Cleaning visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. The cleaner dusts light fixtures, ceiling fans and windowsills, wipes the stovetop, microwave and counters, cleans the toilet, shower, tub and mirrors, empties the trash and vacuums or mops the floors. The full room-by-room list for each plan is on our checklist page.
What Do Deep Cleaning and Move In/Out Cleaning Add?
Deep Cleaning starts from the House Cleaning list and adds baseboards, doors and door frames, a full wipe of windowsills and window frames, the outside of every kitchen cabinet and drawer, the oven hood vent and the shower grout. Move In/Out Cleaning, for an empty home, adds the insides of cabinets, drawers and closets, plus the pantry.
How Do Booking and Payment Work?
Bookings are made on our booking page, and your card comes in at three points: it goes on file when you book, to secure the date; a temporary hold is placed on it about 24 hours before the visit; and the charge is made only after the cleaning is finished.
Which Towns Do You Serve?
Natchez Trace Cleaning is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and cleans homes in Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Nolensville, Fairview and Arrington. We travel up to 25 miles from Franklin, so if your town isn't on that list, email us or send your address through the contact form and we'll tell you whether it's in range.
Are You Insured, and Are Cleaners Background-Checked?
Yes to both. Natchez Trace Cleaning is insured, and every cleaner we send is background-checked. If we ever need to assign a different cleaner to your booking, we'll let you know before the visit.
Jobs Outside Our Cleans
A few jobs fall outside every clean we do in Brentwood: waxing or refinishing floors, upholstery cleaning, mold or biohazard removal, wet-wiping light bulbs and hauling away large amounts of trash. Cleaners also stay at or below a three-step ladder and don't move heavy furniture or appliances, so shift anything heavy beforehand if you want the floor behind it cleaned.
How the Three Cleaning Plans Differ
Which plan fits depends on the state of the home. A lived-in Brentwood home that gets regular attention suits a routine clean. If the detail work has been let go for a while, a deep clean should come first. An empty home, before a move-in or after a move-out, takes the move-in/out clean, the only plan that works inside cabinets and closets.
Services We Offer in Brentwood
Recurring Visits or a One-Time Clean
Recurring cleaning puts your home on a repeating schedule, with visits no more than 30 days apart. If the gap runs longer, the next visit carries a reset fee; our Terms explain it. A single clean is fine too: book it once and nothing repeats.
