Natchez Trace Cleaning's main service is a routine visit from a background-checked cleaner who brings the supplies and works through our written room-by-room checklist.

Choose the service on our booking form, describe your home, pick a date, and add a card to hold the visit.
Step 2. The Cleaner Works the List
Your cleaner shows up within a roughly two-hour window, carrying supplies, and works the checklist for the plan you booked.
Step 3. Payment and the Next Visit
The card is charged once the clean is complete. Recurring visits then repeat on the schedule you set.
What a Routine House Cleaning Visit Covers
Kitchen Surfaces and Appliance Fronts
The cleaner wipes the countertops and backsplash, cleans and dries the sink and soap dish, and cleans the stovetop, burners and control panels. The microwave is cleaned inside and out. The fridge, oven and dishwasher get their exteriors cleaned, the toaster and coffee maker are wiped, cabinets are spot cleaned with every handle done, and the trash can is emptied and wiped.
Bathrooms Cleaned and Dried
Each bathroom gets the shower or tub cleaned and dried, the sink, countertops and soap dish cleaned, and the toilet cleaned inside, outside and around it. Mirrors and glass are cleaned, towel racks and the toilet paper holder are polished, cabinets are wiped and disinfected, hand towels are tidied, and the garbage goes out with a fresh bag.
Bedrooms and Living Areas
Cobwebs come down, and the cleaner dusts ceiling fans, light fixtures, windowsills, furniture, lamps and lampshades. Decor is dusted, blankets are folded and pillows arranged. Mirrors, light switches and doorknobs are cleaned. Beds are made and sheets changed when you leave fresh sheets on the edge of the bed. Floors in every room are vacuumed, swept or mopped.
What Stays Off the Routine List
Wiping down baseboards, doors and door frames, scrubbing shower grout, cleaning the oven hood vent and full wipe-downs of cabinet fronts are Deep Cleaning tasks, not part of this visit. The fridge, oven and dishwasher get their outsides cleaned. Their insides, window washing, walls and dishes aren't on any of our three checklists. If the home needs the detail work, start with a Deep Cleaning and move to routine visits after.
How a House Cleaning Visit Is Booked and Run
Book Online, Hold It With a Card
Booking takes a card, which secures the date but is not charged yet. The charge goes through once the cleaner has finished, after a temporary hold placed roughly a day ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling carries no fee up to 48 hours before the visit; inside that window, the late-change fee in our Terms applies.
A Two-Hour Arrival Window
Each visit is scheduled with an arrival window of roughly two hours, so plan for the cleaner to arrive at any point in that span. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM, and we are closed on Sundays.
Clear the Clutter Before We Arrive
Dishes in the sink, toys on the floor and clothes over chairs all have to be cleared before a surface can be wiped, so pick them up before the cleaner gets there. Lock away cash, jewelry and other valuables. If you want the floor behind or under something heavy cleaned, move it in advance. Changes to what the visit covers need to reach us by 5 PM the day before.
Insured, Background-Checked and Supplied
Natchez Trace Cleaning is insured, and every cleaner we send has passed a background check. The cleaner carries in the vacuum, mop and cleaning products, so there is nothing to buy or set out ahead of time.
What Does a House Cleaning Visit Include?
A House Cleaning visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. The cleaner dusts light fixtures, ceiling fans and windowsills, wipes the stovetop, microwave and counters, cleans the toilet, shower, tub and mirrors, empties the trash and vacuums or mops the floors. What Do Deep Cleaning and Move In/Out Cleaning Add?
Deep Cleaning starts from the House Cleaning list and adds baseboards, doors and door frames, a full wipe of windowsills and window frames, the outside of every kitchen cabinet and drawer, the oven hood vent and the shower grout. Move In/Out Cleaning, for an empty home, adds the insides of cabinets, drawers and closets, plus the pantry.
How Do Booking and Payment Work?
Bookings are made on our booking page, and your card comes in at three points: it goes on file when you book, to secure the date; a temporary hold is placed on it about 24 hours before the visit; and the charge is made only after the cleaning is finished.

Natchez Trace Cleaning is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and cleans homes in Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Nolensville, Fairview and Arrington. We travel up to 25 miles from Franklin, so if your town isn't on that list, email us or send your address through the contact form and we'll tell you whether it's in range.

Yes to both. Natchez Trace Cleaning is insured, and every cleaner we send is background-checked. If we ever need to assign a different cleaner to your booking, we'll let you know before the visit.
